Jeremy Sweeney - Founding Partner
Executive coach and facilitator for senior staff, with in-depth personal experience in senior management and leadership roles in challenging circumstances, nationally and internationally.
Jeremy has spent over 18 years working at board level in major corporations.  He co-founded his own multi million pound business and has worked nationally and internationally with big business, political parties and not-for-profit organisations.  He now has over 12 years experience in applying human psychology and psychotherapy practically and pragmatically in the work place.  Jeremy founded JMS Resources and created Integrated Coaching in order to enhance senior staff capability by being qualified and expert at working with both the professional and personal influences on performance.

Jeremy grew up in Bahrain and Kenya.  He has worked and lived in America, France, Italy and the Caribbean. His international coaching experience includes:  France - advising on recruitment of a multinational CEO, CEO/chairman relationship development and director performance management:  South Africa - advising on grass roots communications:  America - UK/US translation and communication issues for an international CSR project, as well as improving director level communications UK to US:  Multinational - facilitating improved multinational connection between country heads:  Brussels - Country head development. 


Christine Mason - Partner     
Executive coach, with considerable senior leadership experience in large organisations as well as working across EMEA.
Christine was Vice President at Universal Studios, working in the international arena for 6 years, covering the UK, Ireland and Africa; prior to that, holding senior positions at Columbia Tristar from 1991.  Now with over 7 years of training and practice in applied human psychology Christine knows better than many the practical pressures and challenges of delivering durable professional development in major US, UK and International corporations.  Christine specialises in senior executive development and high value sales & negotiations.

Christine is half Norwegian and has worked across Europe, Africa, Middle East and USA, though in corporate rather than direct coaching work.  Christine has also traveled extensively across Australia, NZ, Asia, Africa, Europe and South America.


Elizabeth Rivers - Partner          
Executive coach and facilitator, with significant commercial experience at Eversheds law firm; and a particular expertise in mediation, working with differences and creativity.
Elizabeth, a commercial litigation lawyer with Eversheds for 10 years, pioneered the use of mediation in the UK for commercial disputes and is recommended in Chambers Guide to the Legal Profession for her work on organisational conflicts and collaborative working.  Elizabeth has trained and practised for over 10 years in human psychology and its pragmatic application in the workplace; and specialises in conflict management & mediation as well as individual & team development and working constructively with difference to enhance creativity. 

Elizabeth has been coaching executives, professionals and leaders in negotiation skills, influencing and conflict resolution internationally for the past 10 years. She has worked in this capacity in Italy, Switzerland, Spain, Ireland and Nigeria.  She has also delivered training in the USA and Australia; and is currently working with an intergovernmental agency with operations in the Balkans, Caucasus and Eastern Europe on a programme to develop effective responses to organisational conflict, which primarily involves addressing cross-cultural communication.


Janan Kubba - Partner   
Coach and psychotherapist specialising in 'business as show business', diversity, conflict and creativity, as well as personal issues affecting professional performance.
Janan has over 10 year’s professional development experience with individuals and organisations, as well as spending 13 years as a professional actress and singer.  She is expert in running professional training courses and group workshops looking at improving communication styles in order to improve capability. 

Janan is also trained in supporting the families of professionals and leads our ‘Personal Practice' programme.   This programme gives senior staff from participating clients a confidential and qualified resource to consult on personal issues affecting their performance.

Janan is half Iraqi and has lived in the USA and the Middle East, as well as working in France.


Mike Wibberley - Partner   
Executive coach, with extensive expertise in developing leadership and collaboration styles, building more effective working relationships and facilitation.
Mike has been a group leader for over 25 years. He has led many workshops, including over 50 residential programmes, and ongoing seminar groups. Mike is expert at teaching ‘influencing & facilitation’ skills; and specialises in running leadership, team and individual development programmes either in companies or in external locations such as the African wilderness.  

Mike has worked in Eastern Europe and former Soviet Countries for PriceWaterhouseCoopers since 1999. The programmes he helped design enabled senior managers and directors to develop the personal skills necessary for leadership and helped younger managers identified as potential ‘high-fliers’ develop the skills needed for increased responsibility in the organisation. These programmes were conducted until 2004 in Moscow, Prague, Budapest, Bucharest, Vilnius, Warsaw, Istanbul, Riga, St Petersburgh, with participants from those cities as well as Bulgaria, Ukraine and Slovakia.   Mike is currently working with Partner development in the region, including personal influence and leadership.
