JeremyJeremy Sweeney - Founding Partner
Strategic adviser for senior staff and organisations, with in-depth personal experience in senior management and leadership roles in very diverse and challenging circumstances, nationally and internationally.

Jeremy has spent over 18 years working at board level in major corporations.  He co-founded his own multi million pound business and has worked nationally and internationally with big business, political parties, government departments, grass roots campaign groups and not-for-profit organisations.  Jeremy founded JMS Resources in order to enhance senior staff and organisations strategic capability.  He is qualified and expert at working with both the organisational, cultural and personal influences on performance.  His life experience includes winning a scholarship into the British Army, sponsored by the parachute Regiment, spending 10 years as a specialist in covert military reconnaissance, surveillance and target acquisition, as well as over 10 years training in human and organisational psychology and psychotherapy.  His interests include ethics in corporate and political life.  Jeremy is an Expert Advisor to the Independent Complaints Panel of the Association of Professional Political Consultants, and has worked with the Institute of Business Ethics in creating and delivering workshops on Ethics in Public Affairs.

Jeremy grew up in Bahrain, Kenya and Germany.  He has worked and lived in America, France, Italy and the Caribbean. His international coaching experience includes:  France - advising on recruitment of a multinational CEO, CEO/chairman relationship development and director performance management:  South Africa - advising on grass roots communications:  America - UK/US translation and communication issues, as well as improving director level communications UK to US:  Multinational - facilitating improved multinational connection between country heads:  Brussels - Country head development.  


ChristineChristine Mason 
Strategic advisor, with considerable senior leadership and negotiation experience in large organisations working across EMEA. 

Christine was Vice President at Universal Studios, working in the international arena for 6 years, covering the UK, Ireland and Africa; prior to that, holding senior positions at Columbia Tristar from 1991.  Now with over 7 years of training and practice in applied human psychology Christine knows better than many the practical pressures and challenges of delivering durable professional development in major US, UK and International corporations.  Christine specialises in senior executive development and high value sales & negotiations.

Christine is half Norwegian and has worked across Europe, Africa, Middle East and USA, though in corporate rather than direct coaching work.  Christine has also traveled extensively across Australia, NZ, Asia, Africa, Europe and South America.


ElizabethLiz Rivers 
Senior facilitator, with significant commercial experience at Eversheds law firm; and a particular expertise in mediation, working with differences, presentation skills and creativity.

Elizabeth, a commercial litigation lawyer with Eversheds for 10 years, pioneered the use of mediation in the UK for commercial disputes and is recommended in Chambers Guide to the Legal Profession for her work on organisational conflicts and collaborative working.  Elizabeth has trained and practised for over 10 years in human psychology and its pragmatic application in the workplace; and specialises in conflict management & mediation as well as individual & team development and working constructively with difference to enhance creativity.  

Elizabeth has been mentoring executives, professionals and leaders in negotiation skills, influencing and conflict resolution internationally for the past 10 years. She has worked in this capacity in Italy, Switzerland, Spain, Ireland and Nigeria.  She has also delivered training in the USA and Australia; and is currently working with an intergovernmental agency with operations in the Balkans, Caucasus and Eastern Europe on a programme to develop effective responses to organisational conflict, which primarily involves addressing cross-cultural communication.

 
Janan Kubba 
Advisor and psychotherapist specialising in diversity, conflict and creativity, as well as personal issues affecting professional performance.

Janan has over 10 years' professional development experience with individuals and organisations, as well as spending 13 years as a professional actress and singer.  She is expert in running professional training courses and group workshops looking at improving communication styles in order to improve capability.  Janan is also trained in supporting the families of professionals and leads our ‘Personal Practice' programme.  This programme gives senior staff from participating clients a confidential and qualified resource to consult on personal issues affecting their performance. 

Janan is half Iraqi and has lived in the USA and the Middle East, as well as working in France.
